Issue 1 '10

Welcome to our first newsletter for 2010, there has been a lot happening here since the end of last year and I am very pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with NDI to distribute and support their systems here in Australia and New Zealand.  Nick Schwabe, a member of our applications team, is currently at the NDI facility in Canada for further product training and I am sure that at some point the locals will entice him into celebrating their recent ice hockey victory over the USA.

We have also, in conjunction with Hexagon Metrology, secured a limited time offer for those who want to give their old CMM a new lease of life. So if you have a CMM that is still mechanically sound but lacks the software capabilities demanded in manufacturing today then now is the time to take advantage of the savings and install a PC-DMIS upgrade.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working in this industry is when we can be a part of our customers success and from time to time we're able to share such stories. One such success story is Silverise, a West Australian company supplying high quality drilling equipment to mining companies around the world, who just last year purchased one of our Faro ScanArm/PolyWorks solutions.
